"Our particular room was so noisy, the doors slammed, the walls are paper thin. We had a view of a parking lot and had to pay $60 to park. All this for $400. Not worth the money at all. "Beautiful ocean view. Up and down stairs condos with separate entrances and 3 car garage fit our large family gathering perfectly! Had separate living rooms for some privacy but also so close to spend time together. Walkable location to the restaurants and beach.We drove half an hour to Disneyland. Lovely spot!"

"Love the location the unit was clean. Parking is very tight. Only usable for smaller cars excellent air conditioning and ceiling fans. Could have been better communication before check-in yet excellent communication after check-in. The king size beds were fabulous and having three full bathrooms was very helpful and the updated renovations were beautiful and very functional.Enjoyed our stay!"

"Can’t ask for a better location. Right on the beach with the park next door too for games etc. Pretty quiet as you’re down away from the shops. Parking was convenient other than garbage day. The house sleeps a lot of people however the kitchen is very small for the amount of people. The house is old and outdated. It could really use a deep clean especially on the main floor. A few minor updates would go a long way with bathrooms/fixtures etc. We had a son in a wheelchair and although we made it work it was very tricky and tight spaces. Hard to get him in and out and the main floor has lots of thresholds etc. I would not recommend for someone looking for accessibility. The patio is great to sit on and watch the sunset and people, just be prepared to clean things off. Overall our group of 16 had a great experience and loved the location. Wish it was a little cleaner and a few updates. Very responsive communication. The outdated house is reflected in the price for the size and location. "
