I had the suite on the top floor which comes with a jacuzzi, and it was wonderful to come back to the hotel room and relax in the jacuzzi after being out all day seeing the sights. "Wonderful stay at the Intercontinental in Cali. The staff were very attentive to our needs, set up airport transportation, even arranged for a doctor to come evaluate when ill. The hotel offers an incredible breakfast each morning and has 4 different restaurants, all our meals were delicious, especially the sancocho! Beautiful pool and spa. Convenient to town and tour spots also. We highly recommend. "
