"It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff."

"Its the second time we stayed there, first time was perfect, this time however we noticed a huge lack of maintenance in the rooms. The room wasn’t enough clean ,shower was clogged with water going outside, no internet working in the room. The beds are confi and nice gym and swimming pool . The laud of the nightclub the same.. but this time the party didn’t bother me but the other problems listed definitely "
