The staff were amazing, and the hotel would have been awesome if it didn't smell like overwhelming chlorine and the rooms weren't moldy. Got a severe asthma attack from the moldy room. It smelled so bad it was hard to sleep. The floor was gross, and the shower was seriously dirty. I don't think this is a result of poor staff. I think management needs to invest in repair and updates.

The building looks like it could use a little updating. There were water stains in the rooms, and the rugs on the stairwell could use a good shampoo. The bathroom ceiling also looked like it may have had mold or some type of water damage. The first morning, the breakfast area was disappointing. None of the tables had been wiped down, the trash can had spills around it, and the overall food area did not look very clean. The food preparation area also could have been cleaner. On the second day, however, the area looked much better. The tables were wiped down, the food preparation area was noticeably cleaner, and overall, it appeared that more attention had been given to keeping the breakfast area clean.

Okay stay. In town to visit friends. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Bathrooms don't have fans so there's mold on the ceiling but lots of fresh towels. Air con works but made the room damp. Pillows still smell like cigarettes despite asking for new ones. Pool was good. Hot tub closed. Breakfast covered the basics.

Room was okay, but not the cleanest. Rug was poorly vaccummed as I was able to find quite a bit of dust and dirt. Beds were okay, but not great. Lighting in room was very dark. The pool was warm, but isn't the most update. Jacuzzi, which I was really looking forward to was down. Our room was close to the pool and the music was nonstop from the time the pool opened to when it closed. We also had the fire alarm go off at 130 am our second night. Breakfast was decent. Overall an okay stay and would stay again if needed, but everything was rather run down. Staff were nice and friendly.
