I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and located in a fantastic area. Upon arriving to The Cheval, we were greeted by the hotel staff and notified that they were upgrading us to a Deluxe Suite! We were so delighted and the hotel was amazingly clean, comfortable and our suite was beautiful! We had everything including a washer/dryer in suite. I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was in Edinburgh at the Cheval Grand. We will definitely miss the hospitality but will be back in the future!! 10/10 stars!!!

Formerly the headquarters building for the Bank of Scotland. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, and a well stocked kitchen with washer/dryer combo. I could live here. Easy to walk from the Waverly Train Station, and accessible to all the significant sights, shopping & restaurants. Highly recommend.
