My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at Crescent House and from the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and beautiful decor. Every room is spectacular with art from one of the owners, Micheal. The warm hospitality and communications from Paul and Micheal made us feel at home. Breakfast is a feast and lovingly prepared. The house is walking distance to the main attractions of Edinbough. We highly recommend the Crescent House to anyone seeking a beautiful, comfortable, luxurious home for your next stay.

Exquisite Georgian Home on Crescent with Park

All other reviews have lovingly described how special it is to stay at the gorgeous Crescent House with Paul and Michael. I absolutely agree and if you’re lucky enough to find an available room book it now! The opportunity to spend time with our hosts and share their Georgian home for a few days certainly elevated our experience in Edinburgh. I thank them for shaping these vacation memories that we’ll hold on to for a long while.

What a truly amazing stay at Crescent House! Paul and Michael knocked me out with their extraordinary hospitality, sumptuous breakfasts, and their fabulous art galleries. Gorgeous Georgian House

Great quiet location, but still very convenient to attractions. Immaculately restored Georgian house. Tastefully decorated with one of the owner's artwork. Michael and Paul are wonderful hosts, and recommend great local pubs and restaurants to visit. When we return to Edinburgh, we definitely plan to stay here again.

Boutique Hotel / Art Gallery

This boutique hotel has to be seen to be believed, a mix of Georgian Hotel and an Art Gallary. Paul and Michael will do anything to help you have a fabulous stay. Great location too. Would completely recommend !

I can warmly recommend Cresent House. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast is delicious and the owners very friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is close to city center as well as landscape sights like the gardens. We sure enjoyed.

The property, “The Crescent Hotel” was very inviting. I especially liked the art and the furnishings. Additionally, the location was good because it allowed visitors to explore a more trendy area in Edinburgh - lots of restaurants, shops, and galleries. The hosts were very helpful and gracious!!

Excellent stay in Edinburgh

Excellent luxurious accommodation, centrally located with convenient access to city facilities. The breakfasts were superb and Paul and Michael were attentive hosts. The stay was highly enjoyable and the personal service provided was in marked contrast to the rather anonymous hotels often found. Highly recommended and we shall not hesitate to make a return visit.

During our stay we weren’t going to be able to make breakfast one of the days and they made us a to-go packed breakfast which really shows how they go above and beyond. Fabulous!

The hotel is beautifully presented inside and outside - candles and soft music greet you on arrival in the evening. The rooms are beautiful, with modern and spacious bathrooms and every need catered for. The breakfast is delicious and our hosts served all the drinks whilst we enjoyed the freshly prepared food in the large modern kitchen with amazing views. Cannot recommend highly enough to anyone visiting Edinburgh and looking for high end accommodation.

Fabulous stay at beautiful Georgian house

Had the best experience at this place. Gorgeous decor of the house really elevates the whole stay, and the Buddha breakfast is such a nice treat to start off the day. Paul and Mike run this place so well and took such great care of us. Giving us personalized recommendations and make me and my mum’s stay here the highlight of her 3 weeks trip. Would definitely highly recommend and I look forward to staying here again soon!

Paul and Michael are the most wonderful and outstanding hosts we have ever had. They made us feel at home, prepared a wonderful Bouddha breakfast every morning in their superbe kitchen, delighting us with a different decor every morning, many delicacies and engaging in very interesting conversation. They were very attentive to every detail and to our every need and always ready to give plenty of recommendations to enjoy our visit. The house is gorgeous, very stylish and displaying Michael’s very original and expressive paintings. The bedroom, being the smallest of the three in the house, was spacious enough, neat and stylish, very comfy bed, elegant and well equipped bathroom. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything in town. We have come several times to Edinburgh and we can say without a doubt the Crescent House is definitely the best b&b in this lovely city. We would love to come back!
