I have never stayed at a Premier Inn before. To be honest, I was a little uncertain about it, thinking it was like a Travelodge in Canada, but when I stayed at this Premier Inn in Edinburgh, I was very pleasantly surprised. The location was very convenient near to everything I wanted to see and the hotel was also very nice and clean. It was nicer than I expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Great breakfast buffet. Clean, quiet room. Check-in was a bit frustrating because there was a screen for check in....like doing self check out at the supermarket. I didn't have a QR code, and it didn't accept my name or my booking number. After a long day of travel, I was getting very frustrated until a very nice employee showed up to check us in. That was the only hurdle to a pleasant stay.
