Sehr gute Lage - die HopOn-HopOff Busse egal welcher Anbieter fährt direkt vor dem Eingang ab & in unter 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der Royal-Mile.... zentraler geht wohl kaum das Haus hat auf den Ebenen -3 bis +4 Rund 40 Suiten verschiedener Größe... unser 3 Schlafzimmer-Appartement Nr.29 im Geschoss +3 war sehr geräumig - also theoretisch ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen; jedoch verfügt nur der "Master-Bedroom" über ein King-Bett (zwei Einzelbetten); die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer haben "nur" Queensize. Wir waren zu dritt; also für uns sehr gut geeignet. Bei Vollbelegung mit 6 Erwachsenen wäre uns das zu eng. Betten sauber; Rest der Wohnung oberflächlich. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufmerksamen Housekeeping wäre die defekte Lampe im Bad aufgefallen und unser Zimmersafe funktionierte trotz mehrerer Hinweise an der Rezeption nur partiell. Trotzdem schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und würden beim nächsten Städtetripp diese Unterkunft wieder auswählen

Great apartment with a wonderful location close to the Royal Mile as well as the Airlink bus to and from the airport. Very lovely staff at reception and the apartment was a good size, nice and clean with a comfy couch to watch TV in the late evenings. We ate in restaurants and pubs during our stay so we only used the kitchen for brewing tea and keeping things cold in the fridge, but while small it was nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Excellent location for doing many tourist things in Edinburgh. The sound of announcements from the train station we initially a bit put offing but they ceased after 8 in the evening and didn’t start till 7 in the morning. The heating system was a bit of a struggle for a North Anerican but the front of house folk walked me throgh it.

The studio was exactly as shown on the website. I was on level -3 Room1. Normal wear on the unit. But nothing to complain about. The one thing to note is to climb into the bathtub, the wall is much higher than average. Daily housekeeping, toiletries, coffee,tea,milk etc was provided. Should be noted that there is no safe in the room.

What a peaceful stay! Princes street suites was a relaxing place to go, even in the busy atmosphere! Adjacent to literally everything. 5 minute walk from new town, 5 minutes to old town and the royal mile, 15 minute walk to the Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s seat, adjacent to parks, restaurants, and 3 minutes away walking from an incredible monument on a hill. A bus stop is right outside the door too!

Pleasant stay but needs some improvement

Good location for us as visiting family. The beds are standard double size so a bit on the small size. Also would prefer a dedicated shower to a bath with a shower in it. The bath sides were also really high to get in and out of. Breakfast hamper was a nice and worthwhile touch.
