Do not stay here. This property was not as it appeared in the listing. The list of issues with this unit is endless to the point of seeming unbelievable.
We arrived and found many broken fixtures including lights, sink, blinds and more were broken. There were layers of dust and grime along with visible handprints on the furniture. Most of the apartment obviously hadn’t been cleaned, with balled up sheets in the closet and beds completely missing the bedding.
The physical condition of the unit was completely unacceptable. The roof in the bathroom was unfinished and had fully exposed drywall and spackle. There was no frame on the bathroom door, and there was badly splintered and swollen wall as well. There was also a strong odor in and around the unit.
These are some of the issues we found, not to mention extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They also refused to communicate with us when we noted these issues. They also made us pay outside of Vrbo and charged additional fees on top of the listed price.
We did not stay in the property because it was not in an acceptable state. Please be aware that the listing is a misrepresentation and these people intend to take your money and run.
