Easy check-in and room had everything you needed. I didn't find the bed overly comfortable (it was two twins put together) but did the job for the night. The accommodation was clean and staff were friendly - I'd stay here again but request a proper double. The location was close to bars and restaurants. I felt safe as a female solo traveller.

Great location in old town Edinburgh. Walkable. Clean rooms and courteous staff. This is my 2nd time staying at Stay City ( Dublin -the first time) and was impressed both times. Definitely recommend and my next adventure, if there is a Stay City , I will reserve.

Very clean, modern, quiet, and well maintained appartments. There are no restaurants on the premises but there are many places to eat in the neighborhood. The west end is less touristy and has a more local feel which we appreciated after visiting old town. The staff was very nice and super responsive. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Very nice place to stay! So clean, comfortable, convenient. Helpful and kind staff. The parking lot was great. If I were to give one critique it’s the lack of air conditioning- I’m sure it’s not needed often but it was really warm while we were there. Thankfully they provide fans- which was helpful.

Great location and lovely staff. Apartment was just the job for our Edinburgh stay. Clean and tidy enough with everything we needed. Did get very warm inside and the walls are quite thin so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll need ear plugs. Car park underground is handy and safe. Does have a lot of pigeons nesting there so if you want too avoid getting too much bird poop on your paintwork be careful where you park or take a car cover.

Clean rooms. Was allowed to check in early. Only thing is that there’s no air con in the room. Wasn’t an issue was the weather was cool when we were there. Otherwise, there’s fans provided for the rooms.

We were upgraded to a wonderful bright 2 bedroom corner apartment in a quiet location, with lots of windows. We really appreciated the extra space. The location was an easy walk to the Royal mile (about 20 minutes), the castle, and major sites. It was also an easy and short walk to the Haymarket bus and train terminals. Our only issue was that the kitchen needed some cleaning attention, but the rest of the suite was spotless. There’s a secure luggage storage locker on site which was very reasonably priced. Another convenience. We would stay again.

I will start with praising the staff! We met several of them during our stay and all were helpful and lovely. The accommodation isn’t in a great location. Also, there isn’t any aircon and our room was hot and uncomfortable. You can open windows and we had fans but we faced the street so it was either stay hot or hear the street noise. Our room was outdated and there was food stains on the kickboard & and on the side wall of kitchen which my bed faced, so not pleasant. Overall, this place is overpriced for what you get and I wouldn’t recommend unless it was winter and the price dropped.

The apartment was in a great location in a safe neighbourhood, about 15 mins walk to the castle. Staff were very lovely and accomodating. The hotel could have supplied washing tablets but other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.
