Malmaison Edinburgh
The room was not that clean, bald patch on the carpet, extractor fan in bathroom not sufficient as mirror steamed up after a shower. Also we were given a disabled access room instead of a standard double and not advised. Winter duvet was too warm.Woken by loud music. Disappointing stay.

3 Johns Place Townhouse
Low rating for staff because there is none. However, all the rest was fabulous. Comfortable bed and pillows, quality duvet, amazing design and decor. There’s also a cabinet on the upper floor to get additional amenities if need be. Would go back!

Cairn Hotel
Clean room though very small. Great location easy access to city center. We had heavy luggage and we had to cross the road to go to our room with no lift or help.
