"The owner was very helpful, and met us at the property, even though we were early. He responded well when we messaged him. The room was nothing fancy, but good value for the money. The main issue we had was location. It was right across the street from a bar, and since our room was right beside the street, it was a bit noisy outside and in as well, till things calmed down."

"This is a lovely heritage property located only 20 minutes walk from the city centre. It's a busy street but that was OK and offered many options for dining, plus pubs and shops. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits were provided by our host and check-in was easy. If visiting Edinburgh in the future, we would definitely book this guest home again."
