"The house is in a prime spot in the city centre, but just enough away from the bustle to be quiet. It's well equipped and furnished. The kitchen is in the basement (cool in the summer). The two bathrooms are nicely done and well-functioning. We appreciated the toiletries and milk provided on arrival! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Not sure where more than 8 or 9 people would sit in the living room though. We couldn't close one of the old sash windows on the second floor but it...

"What a beautiful house and fab hosts! We rented the cottage for my sister's hen do and it could not have been more perfect for what we had planned. The space inside and out was brilliant for a group and Charlie and Kitkat were really helpful in the lead up and during our stay. We really enjoyed having the big outside space, as well as plenty of space to cook and dine together - the double fridge was excellent! "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hospitality extended by the staff was as friendly as it was professional and absolutely deserves a special mentioning. We did not have a chance to dine at the hotel but the breakfast was wonderful. We will certainly be back when we return to Bath next."
