"The rooms were bigger than expected! Very nice hotel and helpful staff. We arrived early than check in time was able to check in early for a fee. They had staff everywhere whom were very helpful with directions or if need any type of transportation. This was my second time staying here. Great location for all the things in the city!"

"Our first time visiting Chicago and the hotel was hands down the best. Located in downtown Chicago, which made everything pretty much walking distance. The complimentary breakfast (buffet style) was great with many options to choose from. Staff were amazing and were kind enough to accommodate us with an early check- in (with an extra cost since we arrived in at 7:30am). My one and only complaint was that it would have been nice to have our breakfast included with the early check in since we paid...

"A lot of it was good, the rooms were very good. The AC was very good and the view from the bedroom. The only things I want to complain about is the expensive stuff and the TV in the bedroom not working/turning on. It costs a lot of money for car parking. The beds were one of the most comfortable stuff in the hotel."

"We enjoyed a mini vacation to our favorite hotel in Chicago. This is our fourth time staying with the Omni and they never disappoint. Easy walk to the Red Line to head to a Cubs game. Steps away from shopping, bars, and restaurants. Thanks for another amazing stay."

"Great location. Rooms were clean. Offsite parking for 49$. Rooms are really quite small. Very very slow and busy elevators. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. We kept being told someone would bring up a mini fridge to our room for our medications however it never got brought up and eventually after asking all day was told that they must be out. They did not follow up with us or offer us ice in the meantime."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the red line and within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The staff was helpful - they offered to move us to a room on a lower floor due to the room temperature (it was over 90 degrees when we stayed there) and also lended us a phone charger. The hotel was very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again."

"Room had trash under the beds. The property has no filtered water except in a vending machine. Very good ac unit, free wifi, great views. Blue line train to and from airport and red line to and from wrigley field was awesome and cheap and right next to the hotel."
