"This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. We didn’t even get to stay here. They scammed us!!!! 700 bucks. I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty!
