From desk girls were so lovely checking us in Pool was a lot of fun ! Bedroom was super clean and very comfy beds A lot of amount of towels which was nice for two girls haha The latte machine in the front is a nice touch when you’re in a rush Over all a super nice experience will defiantly be booking again

Hot tube was broken but they left it on luke warm and didnt warn it was broken when booked or checked in. Pool was broken, daughter gashed her foot pretty bad on the bottom. Yheres one elevator, they choose to have the staff fill with thier carts while people check out so everyones waiting to use the small space one at a time meaning checkmout takes over an hour. We found out 3 days in they wouldnt clean our rooms or refill towels the whole stay. Forced to put towels and garbage in hallway to be delt with. Had 2 towels in a room of 4 people staying for 3 days. There are so many hotels in area. Should stay in any of them before this place. The t.v. rarely worked. A terrible place to stay with family, especially young kids. Not worth the money. And in the end they offered cheaper tickets to local attractions we went to when we checked out and were leaving town. 😐 Best Western claims you get a free night after 3 night stay but we were never offered this. Never given any gift card for a free night. So false advertising. Not that we would ever stsy in a Best Western again.

Our stay was disappointing. Although the facility itself was clean there was limited sound proofing and sound transferred easily both from the floors above and the parking lot. So much so that it was difficult to sleep. The complementary breakfast was awful. They even messed up bacon which tasted like cardboard! The elevator was very slow (2 minute wait) and it bounced alarmingly on more than one occasion and the doors were slow to open. One woman even started to panic that we might get stuck. The staff, while polite, kept blaming each other when I pointed out a mistake. When I needed to stay a second night they raised the price of the room and when I pointed out that the Expedia rate was still at the lower rate they didn’t adjust the rate but said “it was my right to go through them again”. They then watched me as I stood in front of them going through the hassle of booking through the app instead of just lowering the rate. I left my credit card to cover both rooms but when my sons checked in they charged them $250 cash for incidentals. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but having stayed at many of this level of hotel it doesn’t come close to the usual standards one would expect.

Had an okay stay at the Best Western. The heater in my room was noisy, with a ticking sound that disrupted sleep whenever it came on. Breakfast was great though, with real, cooked food provided and not just packaged goods.

The bathroom is so small, which is silly given how much room there is in the room. Room was clean, breakfast wss hood and we were able to plug our car in, which was nedded because it was so cold out. Would stay there again.
