Suspected drug activity in the parkikg lot. People basically living in the foyer area, the hotel smells awful.

Room was decent and clean. Parking situation was good. Only complaint is the staff. When checking in the lady seemed very rushed to get me to pay, I was trying to fill out the forms necessary for the stay while she kept pushing the machine to me in order to pay. It timed out because I wanted to get the paperwork done first and she seemed rather annoyed. Then when I was checking out, once again the staff member helping me seemed rather rude and annoyed, even going as far as rolling her eyes when I asked for a receipt. Hotel itself was good for the price, but staff not so good.

I went through Expedia online, and had gotten to the hotel, and they didn’t know I was booked, and wasn’t too sure if I had a room that I prepaid for earlier in the evening🙃 It was cleared up after some clicks on the receptionists keyboard- but I was kinda worried I didn’t have a room for a second there.

Called for soap and pillows 4 times and the staff said on the way , when I went down stairs they’re sitting on their phone. No towels, the crib for the baby was broken and the location had none. No hand soap. Dirty toilets. Dirty sinks. Terrible stay. Will not come back or recommend to anyone.

Older area. Older buildings. Front desk staff was friendly. Slow check in though. Room was clean. Seemed to take a long time for the heat to come to warm up the room. And no hot water for the morning shower. Brighter light bulbs would be nice too.
