Clean room but they only clean your room every other day Elevator was broken, but was fixed right away on the busiest weekend Staff very nice However, I asked them to fix a few broken things in my room, such as the light in my bathroom and the Internet, and that was never resolved Parking in the front and the back is very restricted. Overall, I give this hotel a 3 1/2 out of five stars

The property was well maintained and the rooms were clean but front desk staff upon check in and check out were difficult. Upon check in they wouldn’t let me check in without a credit card and gave me a hard time even though I originally booked with a credit card. Then upon check out, desk staff insisted I pay incidentals and give them my account number and security code after I’ve already paid for my one night stay. Other patrons overheard and agreed that they didn't need my information but staff was persistent. I’ll continue to keep an eye on my accounts throughout the next few days and get in contact with management about this inconvenience.
