While the house appeared neat upon arrival...it was obvious it had not been cleaned well in some time..layers of dust bunnies under the couch..layers of dust on the glass table. The baseboards in the bathrooms were brown instead of white, and all the fans /returns were black. We told the host we were coming with 7 or 8 of us..but there wasnt even a cutlery set for each of us. Random amounts of each forks spoons and knives. There was only 4 towels, although after inquiring, we were told there were more stuffed in a linen closet somewhere. The host was prompt in responding. We found it strange that we werent allowed any alcohol or that we werent allowed to linger outside..even though the neighbours /children were on the front yard of the property we rented. Overall it wasnt a particularly bad experience but we felt the place wasnt really prepared properly.
