Our home does have a separate rental suite on the main level which is also a short term rental. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.

This guest suite comfortably sleeps 4 with 1 King size bed and 1 Queen sized pull out sofa in the Living Room! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary WiFi, Disney+, coffee and tea. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you`ll feel like you`re simply staying at a home you own!

You`ll have full access and private entrance to the basement suite and double car garage during your stay with us! The main level is a separate rental unit, but it can be rented in conjunction with the basement suite assuming we have the availability. If you are interested in renting the entire house, please contact us and we can see if we have it available for you. Whether you just want to relax on the couch and enjoy complimentary Disney+ or get some work done at the kitchen table, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit.

Interaction with guests is important to us. While we do not live at the property, we are readily available to help and assist our guests to ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We are always happy to provide recommendations for things to do and see in the area, and we are available to answer any questions or address any concerns that may arise during your stay.

Our suite is conveniently located only 15 minutes away from the YEG airport or 25 minutes to West Edmonton Mall where you can find over 800 stores and some of Edmonton`s biggest attractions! We are also nearby other great shopping centers, South Edmonton Common, The Currents of Windermere and you can’t forget the Premium Outlet Collection! If shopping isn’t your thing, no problem, we have included many activities in our guidebook!

Whether you`re headed to the office, exploring the city`s attractions, or just running errands, you`ll find it simple and convenient to get where you need to go.

Additionally, there are plenty of public transportation options available from Edmonton Transit Service (ETS), Taxis, Uber and if you’re feeling adventurous try an electric scooter from Lime or Bird.

For those who prefer to drive there are several major roads and highways that are easily accessible.

So no matter how you choose to get around, our location in Chappelle makes it effortless to see and do all that Edmonton has to offer!

⭑PROFILE VERIFICATION⭑
We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we`ve partnered with Know Your Guest, a leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.

⭑SECURITY DEPOSIT⭑
A security deposit of $300 CAD will be collected prior to check-in. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

⭑MAIL & PARCELS⭑
This property does not include mailbox access. Please do not use the address for mail delivery. For postal needs, consider renting a P.O. box at a local post office. For parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are unable to retrieve or manage mail or packages for guests.

⭑CANCELLATIONS⭑
We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking. To protect yourself from non-refundable last-minute cancellations, consider purchasing travel insurance for the desired level of protection.

Please remember that you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
★ This is a NON-PARTY home. If we discover an
unauthorized party / event happening at the
property the booking will be immediately cancelled
and no refunds shall be given.

★ Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that
record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with
in any way during your reservation your booking may
be immediately cancelled with no refund given on
the booking amount or the security deposit.

★ Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense
are strictly prohibited in the property.

★ Glitter, confetti, and streamers are not permitted on
the property.

★ All guests must be declared on the
reservation. Any additional guests that arrive without
permission will be vacated off the property for
trespassing. Any unregistered guests will be
charged a $50 additional guest fee per person.

★ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house
is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out
procedures prior to departure.

★ If the property is not vacated by 10 AM, a late check-
out fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 30
minutes.

★ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for
immediate termination and removal from the
property without a refund from Benaiah Security
Ltd. who acts as an agent of the property.
