Newly professionally designed and set-up 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom suite in Lewis Estates golf course community which is by the Whitemud and Anthony Henday Drive. less 5 minutes away from West Edmonton Mall, Misericordia hospital, About 15 min. to Downtown, U of A and U of A hospital. 30 minutes to international Airport. across street from bus transit center, banks, restaurants, grocery stores steps away. Gas station, Costco by the entrance of the community. Direct fast buses to the University and downtown.

It is about 1450 sf, bright, spacious, has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, new 58' smart tv, an open equipped kitchen, a living room, dinning area, breakfast eating bar and on-suite laundry.
