"The room was clean, and the staff was wonderful; everyone was always ready to help. Breakfast was great, with many healthy options. I especially want to mention Edouard, the head receptionist, who is incredibly kind and always eager to share great recommendations. Parking was plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Charming hotel in beautiful location. Staff was great. When we checked in I asked about gluten free bread at breakfast. When we came down the next morning the staff member said, “Your gluten free bread is in the oven, only 5 or 10 minutes until it’s done. Room and bed were very nice. Great walk in shower. If we stop in Angoulême again I’d definitely choose the Hotel des Arts!"
