The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower. Without an elevator, carrying heavy suitcases up three floors was challenging. The heating was inadequate; we had to rely on an electric heater that turned off automatically, so the room was always cold when we returned. Overall, it was not worth the price.

Bir gece konakladım hersey güzeldi bişey dışında. Kaldığımız oda mutfağın yanındaydı ve sabahın köründe mutfağın öğütücü mü çöp mü gibi ağır bi kokusuyla uyandım ve dolayısı ile midemiz bulandı. Keyifli, memnuniyet verici

Roy otelde ki konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Odalar büyük ve konforlu idi. Kahvaltı son derece güzeldi. Açma börek bile vardı. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan hanımefendilere özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Otel önünde park alanı vardı. Eylül oldugu için biz yer bulduk. Ancak pik zamanlarda park yeri yeterli olmayabilir. O bölgeye tekrar gelirsek yine tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Kahvaltı büfesi yetersiz , otel gürültülü , yatak çok rahatsızdı.Fakat hepsinden önemlisi banyodaki pis kokuydu.Check-in yapıp odaya girdiğimde tüm oda banyodan giderinden gelen ağır bir kokuyla kaplıydı ve konaklama süresince odayı havalandırmama rağmen koku hiç kesilmeden devam etti .

Akçay'da güzel bir otel.

Otelde baştan aşağı tadilat yapılmış, bu nedenle odalarda bulunan tüm eşyalar yenilenmiş, her şey tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Kaldığımız oda oldukça küçüktü, masa,sandalye veya havlularımızı serip kurutabileceğimiz başka bir alan yoktu. Asansör olmadığı için üçüncü kattaki odamıza merdivenden çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Televizyon, mini buzdolabı ve klima mevcuttu ve sorunsuzdu. Otelin lokasyonu güzel, Altınkum plajının tam karşısında, ancak yol kenarında olduğu için, pencere açıldığında gece boyu araç gürültüsü çekmek zorunda kalabilirsiniz. Sineklik tel mevcut değildi. Çalışanların ilgili ve güler yüzlü oluşu, açık büfe kahvaltının tatmin edici düzeyde olması (ev yapımı kekler, börekler çok güzeldi) bu olumsuzlukları unutturmaya yetti.
