"Really nice hotel located in a convenient part of town, right next to the subway station and the Royal Ontario Museum. Rooms were spotless and well appointed. Unfortunately, there was a "facility fee", however the rooftop indoor pool was marvelous and well worth it."

"The pool was great except for the lighting after sun down. Didn’t feel too comfortable to swim alone with just the scones lit. The floor around the pool area could use a facelift, the pool floor looked like they ran out of paint. More lounge chairs would make the area look more up dated instead of rundown. Parking wasn’t sufficient during an event at hotel, again didn’t feel comfortable to park far or in the garage after hours. Unfortunately, we have to pay for parking! Doesn’t exactly make you feel welcomed to stay. "

"The pictures and description were widely misleading. It claimed to be "luxury", but it was far from it. It looked like a university shared housing unit. Sparsely and cheaply furnished, paint chipping off the walls, the bathroom has never seen a renovation. It was clean but showed little effort. Mostly, it was the dishonesty of the posting that caused such disappointment. And the cost did not reflect the experience. I would not recommend. "
