"We stayed only one night on the way from Denver to Moab. We arrived late but the staff were there to check us in and were super helpful. They told us that the boiler on our side of the building was not working and so hot water might be an issue. They offered us a free refund and reward points, but we declined since we just wanted a place to sleep. The room is nothing fancy but very functional, although we couldn’t get the TV to work. Good quality beds. The free breakfast is very appreciated and honestly much better than I expected. "

"Incredible, from start to finish. Upgraded to a comfy room overlooking the Plaza. The front desk staff and Hunter the valet were excellent at their jobs. Short walk to several high end restaurants and a great restaurant in the hotel. Nice little spa as well. I loved my stay overall and I would certainly return."
