"We were booked for 3 nights, but we checked out after one night. The staff is rude and very unconcerned. We are older travelers. This property is poorly managed and misses the mark. My husband and I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this property is the WORST we have EVER stayed at. Never again!"

"Booked this hotel for one night for me and my two friends, only out of convenience. When we entered the room it was obviously not well maintained but we weren’t took picky cause it was just for one night. It took minutes to find out how terrible the room actually was. I saw hair on the shower walls and around the drain, there was one towel and some hand towels, the bed sheets were stained and the smell of the place got worse by the second. We had plans so we quickly changed and left. After our plans we got back, grabbed our bags and went to check out because none of us wanted to sleep in those beds. The man I dealt with while checking out just kept apologizing and offered us another room which I declined cause we had already found another place to stay. He said there would be no refund which I wasn’t surprised by and at that point I didn’t care. You couldn’t have paid me to sleep in that room."

"We stayed on the 4th floor. Overall, hotel was very clean and staff was very kind and helpful. Beds were not very comfy and pillows were probably the worst. Too lumpy and small and didn't sleep well and this was used as a business trip so I was highly disappointed that I felt like a zombie from lack of sleep. Wifi was poor so it was hard to do anything and it seemed to only work in the bathroom. Free breakfast which included breakfast sandwiches, bananas, and cereal Overall, probably a 6/10 just because sleep quality was poor but everything else was excellent"
