"Although the weather was not perfect, we had a delightful holiday here. Tony, the hotel owner, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He provided us with a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities. However, the hotel staff would need additional professional training. During our first hour at the hotel, I sustained an injury while attempting to borrow a surfboard. The staff appeared unfamiliar with how to unhook the surfboard, resulting in an accident that caused...

"We had 4 nights at Erakor Island Resort, and had a fantastic time. The rooms were very comfortable, ours had views of the water which was great(thanks for the upgrade!) and the staff were fantastic and couldnt help enough. The restaurant was very good, with the option of themed nights on certain days, and the pizza/cinema night on a Tuesday. More than enough activities to keep busy if you want. Snorkelling straight off the beach. Thanks again."

The location was also great - easy to get into town and access local tours and other experiences. The staff were also able to help with booking tours and sharing their local knowledge. "Decent room size with balcony. The pool view room has larger patio with decent view. However the rooms have ants problem inside and outside. The water system has problem sustaining consistent hot water for showers. The staff are great though. The service is accommodating. "
