"A True 5-Star Gem in Santiago – Exceptional Service and Comfort! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Santiago, look no further than Hotel Magnolia. Located right in the heart of the city's historic district, the location is absolutely perfect and close to everything you could want to see. This is a true five-star boutique hotel that completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spectacular—huge, spotlessly clean, incredibly quiet, and very inviting. After a grueling 22-hour travel day, it was the ultimate sanctuary. However, what truly sets Hotel Magnolia apart is its world-class team. The communication was flawless before, during, and even after my stay. Despite booking last-minute and arriving in the morning, the check-in process was perfectly smooth, and they graciously allowed me to unpack and settle in before enjoying breakfast. A massive thank you to Fernando and Alex at the reception. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, eased my travel stress, and provided a map with great local recommendations. Their kindness showed a level of hospitality that is hard to find anywhere else. I also highly recommend dining at the Magnolia Restaurant. Bruno and the entire restaurant team provided top-tier, attentive service. The food was phenomenal. Hotel Magnolia deserves 5+ stars. Muchas gracias! "

Hotel Cumbres Lastarria

"Nice clean room with comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower and in-room amenities like filtered water and coffee maker. The hotel staff were super friendly, helpful and trilingual (at least). They were ready to accommodate the rush of guests at 6am coming off red-eye flights with a comfortable lounge and all the coffee/tea we needed until rooms opened up. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and good quality with lovely servers too. Bar had a good selection of wines. The hotel sent us off to the airport in a private car with to-go boxes of breakfast which was a really nice touch. Neighborhood is full of good restaurants, shops and cultural offerings. Would stay here again."
