"Staff really nice and welcome warm chocolate cookie is truly appreciated, Getting check in even before was a treat since after long trip was feast. During the whole 4 nights stay, Room was cleaned everyday wonderfully even without asking for it. Welcome drink at the bar was nice and it is a good place for informal meetings as well as to listen to go live saxo music! Gym is not big but it didn’t feel crowded. Even it was a business trip, it was perfect place to rest."

"I stayed at Icon hotel for five consecutive days during a ski trip to Valle Nevado. The hotel is stunning, comfortable, and very clean. What I loved most was its great location in Santiago. Manquehue Metro Station is about 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there I can ride the Metro line to connect with the pick-up point that heads towards nearby Andes ski centers like Valle Nevado, La Parvati, etc."

"The hotel is super confortable, the staff is so attentive, will be available all the time, recommendations for restaurants, tours, places to visit. Even the taxi was fantastic. Our concierge Camilo was outstanding. And Andrea , the taxi driver was amazing, they made us feel home. Will recommend 200%"
