" I’ll start with the room:  No cushions on the chairs outside. It was a lovely day, but there weren’t any comfortable chairs to sit on outside. No blankets or extra pillows. No floor lamps (I couldn’t see to read in the bedroom while sitting in the tiny chairs by the window). One piece of tissue left in the dispenser.  No washcloths. Hair conditioner in the shower but not the bathtub. No toiletries to speak of (just some unsanitary cotton pads and Q-tips in a jar) and a small bottle of lotion. A lid that we had to take off with our hands to dispose of trash in the bathroom.   A ridiculous and dysfunctional coffee and tea station. It looks like a shelf that slides out, but it is actually stationary. I tried to pull it out to make some tea and pulled the shelf off of its nails, and the whole thing came crashing down. Everything broke. Glass everywhere. The tea kettle is so big it won’t fit under the tap. We had to fill it from the bathtub and the cord was so short it didn’t reach the outlet until we moved the table closer to it. We ordered room service, and the food was really bad. Truly. There was no pepper sauce on my steak aux poivre, the fries were greasy and the shrimp entree was literally inedible. Breakfast seemed like we were eating leftovers from brunch the previous day. The food was not fresh and the waitress in your glorious dining room seemed more concerned with setting up empty tables than actually waiting on the few of us who were there. "

"Very pet friendly. Decent restaurant food, a bit more variation at breakfast would have been nice. Beautiful setting, well kept and well run, rooms a little on the small side."

"Maxime and Eric have a wonderful B&B. They are very welcoming and helpful in making your stay most memorable. The facilities are very spacious and well decorated. Our favourite space was the exterior dinning room and sitting area where we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast. It is also a wonderful place to read and relax amongst the olive and almond trees. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a lovely gateway in the centre of Provence! It is really well situated and offers an easy access to St-Rémy de Provence and Arles to name a few. Thank you Eric and Maxime for making our stay so memorable! "

"This was the best kitchen for cooking at any place. We have stayed over the years. It was a chef’s kitchen. It was awesome very well equipped. The filler was awesome. The pool was warm highly recommend."

"We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely house and garden, situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the beautiful village of Paradou. The pool and outdoor space are superb. Christian is a thoughtful and generous owner - we loved the fresh produce he provided. The kitchen is well-equipped. The house is in the Alpilles area which we enjoyed exploring on foot, by bike and by car. This is our second year in the area and we found lots of new places to explore. We enjoyed a visit to the Cezanne exhibition in Aix-en-Provence. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in this house and village. "

"Guests are expected to provide their own dish soap dishwasher soap salt, sugar and other simple necessities that would cost little to provide. No cleaning supplies like paper towels, floor soap were provided,and the guests are expected to clean before they leave.. So I'm there for a few days and I must purchase these items, or take them back home in my case - New York. They gave me and .my wife two towels and two washcloths and we were told that they'd have to last the week. When we checked in, we were given a list of things that are forbidden, and extra costs that weren't significant but showed such meanness and lack of grace that I'll never go back. I do speak French so that wasn't the problem. "
