"Lovely stay - fast check in, great lunch in the restaurant and an even better breakfast was had. We got a b&b deal through Expedia which included a full continental breakfast for starters and then a hot meal. I had eggs Benedict and my husband had the full English. Very nice setting and outlook. Only downside is that the room gets very hot - had to use the fan all night. And then there were some noisy occupants above us who decided to put tv on around 2am!!"

"Really good accommodation if you’re looking for a couple of nights in Scarborough. Some parking at the hotel for £6 per night but on street parking in the immediate vicinity for £5 for 48 hours (pay at hotel - absolute bargain). Very good breakfast in a nice restaurant directly overlooking North Bay. If you book a sea view room, that really is what you’ll get. Very happy to recommend. For the price out of season, it’s excellent"

"The only tiny thing was the pictures showed baths but my room only had a shower. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the place was immaculate."

"Great room with walk in modern shower. Great host who kept us and the other guests well entertained. Breakfast very good and cooked to order. Lovely atmosphere in the evening with the local and Nellie in the bar. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area. Many thanks."
