"This hotel is truly special. We have stayed at several hotels around the world and Stella is one of the best. We chose this hotel because of the calm sea and the house reef. The house reef is amazing, with thousands of beautiful fish and coral near the jetty close to the Asian restaurant. Don’t go to the Ras Mohamed marine park, it is nowhere near as good as Stella’s reef.
The food is excellent, the staff are excellent, the rooms are excellent, the swimming pools, the restaurants, the grounds, the spa, the shops are all excellent.
Make sure to eat at the Asian restaurant at least once.
Special mentions for excellent customer service go to Mohamed at the poolside bar, Ahmed who did our rooms and made us smile every day with his beautiful towel art, and the waiters: David, Michael and Milad. Also Mohamed at the Spa who arranged massages for us.
