"Had I known how accessible this hotel was to the trains, I would have booked it for my entire 5 night stay in Berlin but this was my first trip to the city and had no idea how well the train system works in this city. Next time I will stay here for the duration and not bother with hotels nearer Berlins centre. My room was in excellent condition, very clean, bed was quite comfortable after 4 hours of train and disembarking from Cruiseship. The shower was a wonderful waterfall type shower which I will be installing in my bathroom when I return home. Staff were great and quite helpful and all spoke English very well, which was perfect for me. The restaurant on site gives a smattering of different foods from pizza and different appetizers to steak and burger. I opted for the burger with fries which was a double patty with all the trimmings and steak cut fries. A wonderful meal although the burger was a bit more than I could eat. I could have walked to the airport( about 5 -10 minute walk)for something to eat but I wasn’t looking for another sandwich.
