The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location and views are amazing. The food at both the evening meal and breakfast was excellent.

Spectacular viewpoint of the fjords from our room and dining area. Only setback is when cruise docked along the quay which apparently blocks out the beautiful view and coming too close to both cruise and hotel guest where eyes can meet. Easy charging point payable to hotel were available during stay makes parking accessible.

Nice hotel with a beautiful scenery. Easy and free parking outside. Comfortable bed. The family room was very large, which was so luxurious. Plentiful breakfast.

Lovely hotel directly overlooking the fijord from our room. Dining was excellent, truly enjoyed both our meal as well as the wait staff Artemis. She was very friendly,helpful and we enjoyed our conversations with her throughout dinner. Bar was also excellent, lovely and different cocktails, it was also nice to have the shuffelboard in the bar area. Also amazing views of the fijord from the bar area. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great place to stay in a wonderful environment. Great food at breakfast and at dinner and we were fortunate not to have a cruise ship docked in front of the hotel while we were there. It would not have been the same experience at all!

Excellent property and staff. My only concern is the tub/shower slip/fall probality. Need nonslip surface to stand on in the shower. Otherwise, it is the best hotel we’ve been in our time in Denmark, Sweden & Norway.

Lovely Hotel

This hotel is in a beautiful location right on the fjord. We had a clean, comfortable, and spacious room - by far the largest we had on our entire Norway trip! Service was good and the front desk people were friendly/helpful. Breakfast was great! Would love to stay here again one day.
