"The reception staff are excellent and so very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. Even when i wanted to extend my stay they were very accommodating in allowing me to keep the same room. "

"Our whole experience staying at this hotel was great, the reception staff, cleaners and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. My husband and son ran the valència marathon, the staff were very helpful with directions, food places,etc and once we arrived back from the marathon, they got a really lovely welcome"
