"This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless. Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for everything you eat or drink with a bracelet tap to their handheld devices. Of course, guilt trip tip options are presented. And they 'helpfully' suggest tip percentages against insane menu prices for everything. (A steak dinner for four with four drinks was nearly $700 USD according to the menu prices.) If you were blindly hitting the middle tip option every time you settled up you'd be adding a huge chunk of cash to your bill. We chose to ignore the suggested options and tipped what we felt was appropriate, in cash. Staff members told us they preferred the cash anyway. Still, it was annoying to go through the dance every time you wanted to go somewhere else. Bottom line - We enjoyed our stay and we'd definitely go again."

"cute house with character. Fabulous location steps from the beach. The little unheated pool was plenty warm in late March. We enjoyed delicious meals by both Gloria and Marriza. A few minor details – three of four beach chairs were broken and there were inadequate kitchen cleaning supplies. Luckily Gloria brought a sponge. also replies to our messages were a bit slow, particularly before the trip started as we were making final plans. All in all, we’d rent this property again!"

"Simply a fantastic experience! The home is situated directly on the beach near other villas and hotels. The location provides easy access to Cabo San Lucas and to San Jose Del Cabo. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach was awesome and an experience of its own. Our family of 6 adults and three children (4, 5 & 9) had PLENTY of space and all of us were happy to explore the various spaces in the home. The beach access was easy and amazing. Extended morning beach walks in both directions were plentiful. The pool is larger than it appeared in the photos. It has a large area for younger children. The outdoor space is great with a truly beautiful view of the ocean - and the whales, jumping rays, and the wide expansive horizon. Every aspect of our interaction with the host, Kristin, was thorough and quick. Miguel, the house attendant, was gracious, thoughtful, and very helpful. The host provides daily cleaning and someone to prepare breakfast for everyone. You supply the food and enjoy the outside covered dining area or the ample inside dining choices.We had several of our dinners catered at the villa by a person recommended by Kristin. The food was wonderful and they even supplied a birthday cake on our very first night! That first night's catered dinner in the home ended up being a great idea after a hectic day of travel to Cabo.This home was a wonderful choice for us to spend time with our adult children and the grands. "

"All staff was great. Place was nice and comfortable. A couple of back bedrooms were a little hot (maintenance couldn't figure out how to turn in floor heat off). Overall, very enjoyable stay. "

"We loved our consierge and the snacks that she left for us. She was very responsive and gave us great suggestions on where to eat. Very friendly and pleasant to work with. The house was gorgeous and well laid out. Lots of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating inside the house. Lots of glassware too.The area that could use improvement was the maintenance of the house. There was no hot water in 3 of the bedroom showers when we arrived and it wasn’t fixed for 2 days. One of the safes was broken and had to be replaced. The air conditioning in one bedroom stopped working but was fixed the next day. The handle on one toilet didn’t work properly which meant the toilet continued to run. There was a large tear in one of the living room chairs and almost all of the cabinets and some doors were worn or scratched. Considering the cost of the rental, these things shouldn’t have happened or should have been repaired. Why didn't the cleaning crew notice the cold showers? A couple of additional outdoor chairs would be nice around the circular table and sofa area.The house sleeps 8 but only 6 chairs are provided. None of these items were so bad that we would not come again. We loved the house. However maybe the price was a little too high considering the condition of the home. A brochure stating how to get to the beach & code, how fans work, garbage disposal location, hot tub instructions, basic information etc would be helpful."
