"Hallways could be cleaned daily. No service at breakfast: empty pots of coffee and milk, no tortilla espanola, 20 dirty tables. Not a nice experience. Did not eat breakfast the last day."

"Our room was in need of repairs- Holes, rips, chips, and crumbling surfaces, the whole room felt very worn. It was clean, which is important, but everything in the room felt really worn down and abused. Above the sink was crumbling dry wall, a hole in a wall had been crudely patched and looked cheap. The large print mounted on the wall had rips in it."

"Overall, everything was very good. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The breakfast was magnificent. There was a wide variety of everything. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I don't know if things have changed, but the guys at the door do NOT help with the suitcases. Finally, the bathroom amenities are very basic. Thanks"

"My room was cozy, enough for someone travelling solo. It was clean and had all that was needed for a hotel stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a full buffet breakfast and was delicious."
