"It was a beautiful resort. My only problem was the shower/bathtub had a climb in it and climb out ,careful not to fall and then there was water coming through the tile. The showerhead dripped. Sorry to say the place is falling apart, but other than that, the staff was wonderful."

"The property is ideal if you want city and beach life. The rooftop pool was great with views you cannot get from ground pools! We were upgraded to a Master Suite which was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the AC in the last couple days but were told it was because you could not set the thermostat lower than a specific degree which was not the case or problem. We had friends in another room that had to use extra blankets because it was so cold. However, we did not press the issue too hard with the staff so more on us than them. Bar staff and servers in all locations were attentive and personable. Food selection was great - smaller facility means more taste and quality when not mass produced. We also chose the Elite option and visited the other 2 sister resorts a few times. Playacar had a great beach and Coco Beach was smaller but also very nice. The shuttle service was a bit confusing (need to be on a list?) and can get full so make sure you check before going. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back!"

"The resort was nice. Great beach. Nice pools. Scuba shop was good and dive masters were great. Food at the resort wasn’t great other than the specialty restaurants but reservations are limited. A lot of the buffet food was cold when it should be easy to keep it warm. "
