"It was a horrible experience. I arrived at 3 pm, room wasn’t ready. When I finally got a room the door jamb was broken and the piece of wood was just lying around with nails sticking out, room was musty w/ a door to the pool that hardly locked. I asked for another room, airier but the chain lock was broken, towels were gray, sink was cracked, no bulb in the lamp! There was also music blaring from the poolside. I couldn’t stand it as I didn’t feel left the hotel booked somewhere else. Hotel’s policy is you can be charged for 1 night for a cancellation. Manager has been avoiding me and supposedly messages from Hotels.com too. I am still out of pocket for my whole stay. Not sure how others rated this hellhole as 10/10. Stay somewhere else!!!"
