"I will never stay at any other hotel but this one whenever I visit Bogota. Clean and new facilities, staff that goes out of your way to be helpful, fluent in English, nice big TVs, great Wi-Fi, amazing shower with HOT water, great size rooms. The only drawback was the area of town wasn’t so great, but it was still safe. It’s not their fault. There was a lot of construction going on, and the street lights didn’t work at night.. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I got more out of this little place than major hotel chains at four times the price."

"Beautiful property and great amenities, but they did not mention anything about VIP upgrades or 20% discount on restaurant bills as you informed me. The biggest issue was the noise in the room because the window seals were damaged and our room faced the congested airport road, which was noisy all night due to buses and trucks and planes. We did not sleep well."
