"Excellent location and perfect for solo travel"

"This is a wonderful hotel in the center. Very attentive and helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable. The area is safe and close to restaurants, shopping and transportation."

"The room was spacious and very clean. It had a microwave, small stove, and mini fridge. The shower was lovely. The location was excellent and reception staff was very kind and helpful."

"I really loved the staff, really friendly and kind and knew English to help me with my Spanish lol. Finally had pillows I could sleep on, majority of the city hotels don’t have great pillows but they did! I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend"

"Excellent location. Safe area for walking, shopping and restaurants. Money exchange nearby. Excellent house keeping staff. Ample breakfast with eggs made to order. Good coffee"

"It was a good stay but I do have some recommendations: I wish there was more pots and pans and the bathroom made noise everytime you opened and closed it. I would stay here again!"

"Good service"

"Great staff. Room did have the amenities listed like cups or pots"

"I loved everything about my stay super clean great WiFi beautiful and safe there’s many cafes nearby and even a grocery store all in walking distance I def recommend"

"Great place to stay and close to everything. "

"Great value"

"Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. "

"No cancelaron por el sistema está reservación y la debitaron de mi cuenta a pesar de que no tenían disponible el apartamento! Necesito mi reembolso gracias "
