"This place was great, exactly what we needed and exactly as described. The home was clean, well stocked and comfortable. There was a very charming old school vibe to the home along with a wonderful selection of 90s books/ novels to read while we were there. The view from the yard was beautiful and we enjoyed kayaking right from the yard. The neighbors we encountered were also super nice and even brought over some food to feed the fish in hopes my son would have good luck fishing off the dock. Over all a wonderful stay. "

"Kim was a superb host! Helpful, available but not intrusive at all. The accommodation was clean, new, well equipped and in a lovely waterfront environment that transported me back to the many historical novels set in the south that I have been so enamored with. Beautiful old Florida with moss hanging from trees and beautiful bird songs abound. We enjoyed the nearby springs and rivers and had a lovely time."

"Great property! Well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The outside spaces (porch/fire pit) were super cozy. We had a very cold week and spent most of our time near the fire pit but we did manage to get out on the water in the kayaks. It was so peaceful! Host was engaged and easy to communicate with! "
