"This property was such a great place to stay with kids! The living area was spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone. There were plenty of bedrooms, clean and newly remodeled bathrooms, a large, well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful view of the river.The outdoor seating was awesome, with numerous seating areas and great view of the river. The Rainbow river did not disappoint. The water is crystal clear and delightfully cool. We saw otters, gators, turtles and numerous water birds. The kayaks and paddleboards provided by the owners were very convenient!The house is perfect for large family gatherings and the owners were very helpful with quick communication and great tips for enjoying the area."

"Absolute perfection. This river retreat is a wonderful house nestled on the Withlacoochee River. Everything for your stay is thoughtfully taken care of and available. The house is spotlessly clean and cleverly decorated in a river theme. The fenced backyard is alive with birds and squirrels which you can watch in the screened deck which overlooks the back. Its just a magical space you get to share with nature. The dock deck and kayak lift are at rivers edge in the shadows of the majestic cypress canopy. It is a quiet spot which are few and far between these days in Florida. We want to come back already!"

"We had an amazing time. All of the amenities were wonderful. There was plenty to do at all times. Will definitely stay here again and tell everyone I know about it. Be careful of the long dirt road to get to the property. It's a bit bumpy but worth it."

"We had such a wonderful time at the cabin! It was so welcoming and smelled so good! You get a nice fresh relaxing feelingbwhen you walk in. The balcony was so perfect! We spent most of our time out there and wrre greeted with hummingbirds, squirrels and owls. In the evening we walked down to the doc and the water was so clear. They arent kidding when they say "swim at your own risk, we shined our flash light up and down the river and saw 3 sets of gator eyes (which we loved cause were born, raised Floridians). We didnt get to use the kayaks only but next time for sure! The cabin was easy to check in and out of and was stocked with everything we needed! Ashley was amazing and so sweet. We had a few questions but she was prompt to answer immediately. All in all we will definitely be back! For sure a 20/10 rating. Thank you again for sharing you cozy cabin with us!"
