"Loved the breakfast. They upgraded our room when we requested a king size bed free of charge. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had all the amenities as expected, and the staff were incredibly courteous. This will be our destination for future trips."

"The bed was clean.. which is the primary thing, along with the bathroom.. The bathroom was not clean..human hairs on the shower walls, and other unknown stuff that I had to use a disinfectant wipe to clean..floors in the room were just plain filthy.. With hotels , you get what you pay for..an extra 20- 25 dollars per night can make all the difference..I was trying to cut costs..."

"The staff was great. Everyine deserves at least a dollar raise. The art was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The balconies could be swept, dusted and the cusions washed. The bathroom showers could be better cleaned, showerhead/corners. The bar could be wiped down better to keep th3 ants off and they need to be wiped underneath the napkin holders. Outside tables need to be cleaner. Not bad. Could be better"

"Location is very walkable to downtown amenities. The graduation venue- beautiful Orpheum Theater- we attended was not only across the street, we were able to see it from our room. Hot weekend visit to Phoenix was memorable… got to know downtown, nearby Roosevelt District and visited two museums and a Japanese Friendship garden in addition to the medical school graduation. All done without a car… hotel is conveniently close to transit and easy access from airport."
