"I booked a single king but got a double queen. This happen to our entire group. There was no refrigerator and didn't get one until the 2nd night. My resort fee charges was not what was agreed to and there was and issue with parking charges. By the way we scheduled our rooms months ahead with you all. I'm disappointed as to how we were treated. If I'm paying resort fees I should have resort service and not have to call for those amenities during my stay. Thank you for your attention"

"The casinos overall a good hotel, it's just very old. Some of the elevators rattle like it's about to fall. Especially the green elevators."

"This has been my go to hotel for years. I love staying there. But this time housekeeping went through my stuff. They went through my drawers in my room. I met with security and they knew about it. The front desk gave me the run around for 2 days"

"This resort is very nice , the staff very friendly and helpful I had no issues at all , the room was nice and spacious adequate towels provided and excellent housekeeping service, I would definitely staying there if you’re in the Las Vegas area. Five stars !!!"
