Wasn’t given a refund when I had to cancel my trip for medical reasons. I would have been happy with even a partial refund, especially since most properties allow cancellation of a reservation within a 24 hr period. Very disappointed to say the least!

It is a quiet resort. Nice pool. It was newly renovated, quite nicely and clean. It is far from the main strip but close to circus circus and not far from the stratosphere and a short uber ride to the North premium outlets.

I would not stay here again. Room needed a deeper cleaning, pots/ pans were pointless. The beds were comfortable. The set up of the room was good. The pool was on the cooler side than I guess I was expecting. Very limited dining. No one seemed to know anything when you asked questions. Seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. I was disappointed to say the least. I’ve stayed at other Hilton’s that were much, much better. Would not recommend this one. They could do so much better if they stepped it up a couple notches.
