"Pool closes early. Room was not clean enough. Blood stain on the sheets. Restaurant was good."

"The pool was great. When I did check in at the kiosk, get asked if I wanted room service and I answered yes and it told me I was gonna be charged extra for it and I clicked OK to that. That room service never came and cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. And we definitely did not have the do not disturb on the door."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Excalibur. The hotel offers a prime location and excellent amenities. Although our late flight resulted in our original King room being unavailable, the front desk staff handled the situation perfectly. We were moved to a Double room, and the representative was kind enough to provide a $100 resort credit for the inconvenience. To top it off, the view from our new room was absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a great stay in Las Vegas, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be returning!"

"Lack of security, one night there was a homeless men inside the hotel, wondering in the guests elevators. Other night a homeless women was hitting the machines and acting aggressively. Called the security and they seemed aware of the situation and not concerned. For the next night I requested security to walk me to my room, my room was not in the paris (even though I booked several rooms for paris hotel) the 2 elevators to go to my tower didn't work, I had to walk through long long hallways ( this were I encountered the first homeless). I was afraid to go back to my room alone. I would have changed hotels due to the lack of cleanliness in the room, and the unsupervised entry of non guests to the room hallways. Unfortunately we were a party of 7 and had several rooms, and weren't able to move at short notice. Definitely not recommended for families. "

"The hotel itself was beautiful- Our room very nice. The pool never opened during our stay_windy weather, maintenance,,,etc. The staff unfriendly and unhelpful- I guess because it is Caesar’s Palace they feel no need to be nice or polite or to try and make their guests feel welcomed and cared for- I have stayed at many hotels in Las Vegas and will not stay here again-the Bellagio is just next door where customer service is amazing!"
