"Checkin was all digital, no in person, and received a 2nd floor room that was all blocked by an ugly wall and giant ac unit. Had to check our bags back in for the 2nd time, while waiting for a changed room... this time talking with a person. What a difference it makes, 26th floor with a decent view. The rooms safe was closed and needed a tech to reset, and we were required to sit in our room to wait for his arrival. After 30 min we called services again and complained that we were not paying to sit in the room, nor did we come to visit LV to sit in our room. It was already 2pm, we were in LV for almost 4 hours at this point. All this could have been avoided prior to our arrival. 2nd day, the toilet didnt flush, we had to use the lobby bathroom after they hadn't fixed the issue in the first 2 hours. After coming back around 4 hours later it was fixed. Hard to find friendly people working here also, unless you're pre tipping, then the smiles and service show up. We've stayed at this hotel casino a few times, hard pressed to think we'll return."

"The suite was incredibly spacious—more like a small apartment than a hotel room—with a full kitchen, a comfortable dining and living area, and a separate bedroom that made it feel extra relaxing. Breakfast was a great start to the day, offering a nice variety including yogurt parfaits, eggs, sausages, a waffle maker, toast, and several cereal options. We also really enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was a nice bonus. The entire property was spotless, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends!"

"Casino was very good, especially the looped music. Slots kept me in this casino. Carpet in tower hallway showing wear."

"Clean common areas. Pool is 21yrs +. Our room was very far from the elevator. Cleaning staff was good. Walking distance to a lot of places."

"The house keeping crew were amazing. Fresh sheets and towels everyday. Easy check in and check out. Room was very clean on arrival. "

"The hot tub was cold on both sides the bubbles didnt work. There were additional charges that were unknown which is not right to do to someone. Its really going down hill The shower door didn't close so it was cold and the floor floods wjat if i jad slipt and hurt my self. My make up case got soak and all my make up powders ruined. The room with a pool view all u here from 8am to 6pm is beating music. The sheets and blankets make u itch. To top it off the room we booked was not even available when we went to check in and was already paid for. We always stay here at planet hollywood but not anymore the servce cleanliness etc. Has gotten horrible. I dont usually complain but WOW. Called the front desk fot computer cimplaimed at reservation she was rude and brushed me off and didnt want to help at all."
