"Casino was clean and the room was great. We were high up so it took a few minutes for the hot water to reach us but the tub was great. "

"My stay was from Friday to Monday cheer competition, which we have done for the past 4 years and this time it was the worse ever. The bath tub was clogged it and took maintenance over 24 hours to come. Then we needed extra towels and I had to literally go look for a staff member myself. Housekeeping never came to bring us extra towels or blanket we requested. Then Saturday evening we get back to our room and it was a big gray trash bag tied to the dresser. Now we did not leave a lot of trash in the room when we left Saturday afternoon so it was no need for a big trash bag to be left in my room. The only thing housekeeping did was take out the trash which had cups and napkins in. I was so disappointed with my stay this time around that next year I’m already thinking about staying at another hotel. Oh then I asked a staff at the front desk will I be compensated for my inconvenience she said why would I be compensated."

"The two Starbucks on property were great and the Diablo restaurant upstairs was great The cafe was great for breakfast however the part of the pool is being worked on so that was a bummer and the half of the pool that was open is only like 3 ft deep and the floors in the bedroom were dirty and sticky."

"Very large place. Our TV picture was not working properly. Also you can't use the fridge because it's stocked with items you have to pay for."
