"Our Resort King room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We did have an issue with a constant humming noise that interfered with sleep, otherwise I would have rated as a 5. This noise was also heard outside the room in the hallway and sounded like it could have been part of the A/C system. I don’t know if this was unique to our wing of the hotel , but it needs to be addressed. We were also disappointed that the Skyfall Bar as well as the Wolfgang Puck and Micheal Mina were closed for private parties during our stay, so we did not get to experience any of them. Also, the mini bar system is a bit militant, we were afraid to touch anything for fear of being charged. Most nice hotels offer free coffee in the room. Not a big deal, but it did leave a less than positive feeling."

"Room was clean little outdated but doable, but if there’s one thing I would not recommend is the buffet over priced, and food was less than pleasing in comparison to Main Street buffet. Other than that was good"

"We waited over an hour to check in. Then our room was dirty and gross. The chair in our room we couldn’t sit in. I will not stay there again."
