Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was actually very quiet for being in the middle of the strip. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. Pool was surprisingly warm in January. Thd hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. We only wish there were more casual dining options available in the hotel.

The fountain view room was well worth the upgrade! It was awesome to have such a great view of the show. Everything about our stay was great, the only exception being the fridge. We struggled to fit our snacks/drinks on the very small/narrow ‘personal shelf’ in the room fridge. It was only when we checked out after three days that we found out that we could have requested a personal fridge be brought to the room.

Room was in okay condition. But the check in was an ordeal. Getting a table in any restaurant was not easy. Except the buffet. Too crowded. But the location is amazing. Love the musical fountains.

Staff were courteous and the location was great. I felt for the price point the room could have included a coffee machine. Also, parking was supposed to have been added by the desk staff but was not until I went back a second time. Small mixup.
