It's OK
Everything was pretty good other than a broken shower head, limited indoor parking, and resort fee. It's not a resort. parking and WiFi should be free like most places.

The Lake Laa Vegas area is beautiful and peaceful. It's too bad the village isn't more lively. It is very picturesque though and not far from Vegas at all.

Meh.
For the price, the hotel was just "meh." Nice pool. From the outside hotel structure looks nice, but inside the shower handle broke off, bathroom light was smushed in and wouldn't turn on, cockroaches were walking through the underground parking, etc. There hotel's location is near absolutely nothing. We kind of knew that ahead of time but figured there would be shops to make up for it in the local "village" of the hotel. Unfortunately, roughly 80% of the shop spaces are vacant. The place is a ghost town except Saturday nights. Even then there still isn't much to do.

Great area
A/C didn't work the great. Would shut off every 30 minutes. Other than that the area is great!!
We were in Henderson for a graduation and this place was close to where the party was going to be held. It was perfect for us because it accommodated our family (9 in total) in space which is exactly what we wanted!
Nice hotel, too many obstacles to get to our room.
Hotel check-in staff was great wasn't too impressed with the fact that our room was about a two minute drive away and we had to turn down another street where if you blinked you would pass it up, parking was underground which was nice especially in the summer time. Hotel room was very nice and clean wasn't too impressed on the bed being on the floor mattress was comfortable so were the small pillows, The biggest problem my husband and I had to endure was the shower head in the shower they need to pull that showerhead about 1 foot away from the wall or you are going to continuously hit your elbows against the wall... To check out we had to make the two minute drive again but other then that it was a nice stay...
I volunteered for an activity at Lake Las Vegas. The room was a bit pricey for a place to sleep, but it was a nice room. Nothing for my husband to entertain himself while I was busy though.
They let us check in early which was great. The staff were all friendly. The place was very clean and the area was very quiet. They offered entertainment and multiple pools. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Only had one night as our plans changed at the last minute. The 2 bedroom suite comfortably slept all 6 of us and was probably the largest hotel room our family has every had. The full kitchen had bar seating for 4 and a table that could accommodate 8. We stayed in the East resort and the view was fantastic from the huge balcony. The only complaint is that the underground garage is very tight and not enough space for the cars. We ended up having to park outside. Not a big deal, just to not that you may not be able to park in the garage, but there is outside parking (that is much easier to get into and out of).
If you want a quiet relaxing place to stay and get away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, this is the place. There is no casino which is nice, there about four little restaurants and a coffee shop. The restaurants were excellent and it is a quiet relaxing place.
The hotel is gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful. The fact that staff is absent makes service impossible. Couldn't even get a wake up call. Add to the problem is the fact that there is not enough parking (if you're on the north side of the water). Literally had a security guard tell me that I was just out of luck and I should've come back to the hotel sooner. IT'S VEGAS YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO STAY OUT ALL NIGHT.

off season
Interior room furniture and finish is a little worn. Seems like it needs to be nicer for area.
We had a suite which accommodated the three of us perfect. The staff was great upgraded our room to a lake view, which was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately a lot of the local shops were empty or closed but we were gone a good part of the time so that was not a big deal. Would definitely go back
The hotel staff was excellent and so helpful. We had a glitch in our reservation and the staff couldn't initially find it. However, once they did, they went above and beyond in making their mistake up to us. We were put in a beautiful room overlooking the lake and mountains. The room was beautiful and very accommodating! Coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the lake and mountains with a stunning sunrise! There is a fantastic village just outside the hotel with wonderful shops and restaurants. We ate dinner at the Irish Pub and will definitely be returning. Food was excellent and so much fun. We live in northern Las Vegas, and this hotel will definitely be put on our list of places for "Stay-Cations." Highly recommend this hotel and area!

Clean hotel - bad staff and location
The staff was not good, some of them need more customer service skills when dealing with customers. The location is very far from shops and almost all of the restaurants around are closed or went out of business.
Great place to stay in the Las Vegas area. About a thirty minute drive in traffic to the strip for shows and only 15 minutes to the Lake Mead National Recreation area and from there to Hoover Dam about an hour if you stop along the way to site see and go to the Visitor's Center. So the resort is close to the Strip, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and close to local restaurants that offer good food for low prices.
Mycket bra hotell i ett för oss hittills okänt hotell i Las Vegas. Var beredd på att få lämna 100$ per rum i deposition vid incheckning. Inget vi hade fått information om före. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet!
